# Marketplace Transactions

Drift Derby’s NFT marketplace provides a space for players to trade and collect in-game items. To maintain ecosystem health, a small percentage of each transaction contributes to the burn mechanism.

* **Flat Burn Rate**: 1-3% of every marketplace transaction is burned.
* **Dynamic Adjustment**: The burn rate can scale based on trading volume to ensure consistent token scarcity during periods of high activity.
