# Role of the $MIXPIX Token

## $MIXPIX Token Utility

**$MIXPIX Tokens** are at the heart of the Drift Derby ecosystem, serving as the primary currency for purchasing and enhancing in-game Web3 assets. Players can use $MIXPIX Tokens to:

* **Discounted Purchases:** Some purchases will be available in both Turbo Tokens or $MIXPIX, in these cases using $MIXPIX will always be at a discounted rate up to 50% off. 
* **Discounted Turbo Tokens:** Turbo Tokens can be bought with Fiat or $MIXPIX, purchasing with $MIXPIX will give a major discount
* **Monthly Rewards:** Rewards for best collection and highest rank will be distributed in $MIXPIX to players every month
* **Purchase Cars and Customizations**: Buy a wide range of cars, parts, and customization options to personalize your collection and enhance performance. All purchases with $MIXPIX are automatically minted into NFTs
* **Unlock Exclusive NFTs**: Gain access to limited-edition NFT cars, car parts, and other collectibles that can be traded, sold, or used in races.
* **Mint Unique NFTs**: Create your own one-of-a-kind NFT vehicles or car parts, adding a personal touches
* **$MIXPIX Tournaments**: Enter competitive tournaments and events, where $MIXPIX Tokens serve as both entry fees and potential rewards for victory.
* **Train AI Agents:** Train your AI Agents with your race data or pay experienced Trainers to fill AI Training slots.

## Turbo Token Utility

**Turbo Tokens** are the hard-currency of Drift Derby allowing players to purchase a wide variety of in game items. Turbo Tokens can also be acquired in game in various ways

* **Purchase Cars and Customizations**: Buy a wide range of cars, parts, and customization options to personalize your collection and enhance performance. 
* **Season Passes**: Secure exclusive rewards, content, and bonuses through **season passes**, giving players access to special events and limited-time features.
* **Compete in Tournaments, Events and Ranked**: Enter competitive tournaments and events, where Turbo Tokens serve as both entry fees and potential rewards for victory.
* **Completing Achievements:** Turbo Tokens are awarded for completing all achievements in a map in singleplayer 
* **Daily Login Bonus:** Logging into Drift Derby will give players increasing Turbo Token rewards for each consecutive day
